It is so unfortunate that the latest SignalP (SignalP 4.0) does not include the HMM module as a part of the release any more. The authors also refuse to make available the older version (SignalP 3.0) on their website. Does that mean I will have to write my own program to identify Signal Peptides? Oh God!
